Luck99 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. No exceptions. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each user may hold only one Luck99 account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent banning.
All Luck99 bonuses carry wagering requirements. Read each promotion's specific terms before opting in. Bonus abuse — including match betting between accounts — results in bonus cancellation.
Luck99 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect fraud, arbitrage abuse, and suspicious betting patterns. Accounts involved in any form of dishonest play are subject to suspension without notice.
By accessing, registering with, or placing any wager on the Luck99 platform (available at luck99.im), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and Luck99.

To register and use Luck99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
Luck99 takes age verification seriously. If there is any doubt about a user's age, the account will be suspended and funds will be held pending verification. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online betting platforms.
Each individual user is permitted to hold one account only on the Luck99 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and preferred payment method. Luck99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 7 days of a request may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck99 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Luck99 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility — notify Luck99 support immediately at support@luck99.im if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your registered mobile number and payment method details must remain current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact or payment information can delay withdrawals and may prevent Luck99 from reaching you about important account matters. Update your details through the account settings section as needed.
Luck99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:
Luck99 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. The name on your Luck99 account must match the name on the payment method used. Mismatched payment details may result in deposit rejection and delayed or refused withdrawals.
The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts receive the highest transaction limits. Contact support at support@luck99.im for details on specific limits applicable to your account.
Luck99 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
All transactions on Luck99 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion fees are applied. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Luck99 wallet — no hidden deductions.
Luck99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — these are outside Luck99's control.
All bets placed on Luck99 are subject to acceptance at Luck99's sole discretion. Luck99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, or to reduce the maximum stake on any market, at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to situations where the odds offered were the result of a technical error.
The minimum bet across all markets on Luck99 is Rs 50. Certain specialist markets — including correct score, player props, and multi-leg accumulators — carry a minimum bet of Rs 100. The bet slip will display the applicable minimum before you confirm your wager.
A bet may be declared void by Luck99 in the following circumstances:
In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to the user's Luck99 wallet. No interest or compensation is paid on returned stakes.
Live in-play betting markets on Luck99 are subject to the platform's standard bet acceptance rules as well as additional in-play specific rules. Luck99 operates a short delay between live events and odds updates — bets placed after a relevant event (such as a wicket or goal) but before the market has been updated may be voided at Luck99's discretion.
Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with multiplied odds. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one selection is voided for any permitted reason, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections and the odds are adjusted accordingly. Luck99 permits accumulators of between 2 and 12 legs.
New Luck99 members are eligible for a 100% deposit match welcome bonus of up to Rs 10,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit by a newly verified account. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible user once only — it cannot be claimed a second time under any circumstances, including via a new account.
All Luck99 bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 8x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire at the end of this period without conversion to real money.
Bonus funds may be wagered on all standard sports and cricket betting markets. Certain markets — including outright tournament winner markets placed at odds of less than 1.50, and system bets — may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each market type are displayed in the promotion terms at the time of offer.
Luck99 monitors all bonus usage for evidence of abuse including but not limited to: placing bets on both sides of a market using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and coordinated wagering between connected accounts. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus cancelled, may have its withdrawable balance reviewed, and may be permanently banned from Luck99.
Luck99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Promotional terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions for that promotion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Luck99 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:
Luck99 reports suspected financial fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing activity to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with such authorities may include disclosure of account information and transaction history without prior notice to the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In cases of inactivity or user-requested closure where no breach has occurred, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.

Continued use of Luck99 following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Existing bets placed before the effective date of any change are settled under the Terms in effect at the time the bet was placed.
